Requisites
Must haves
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, IT or equivalent
- Minimum 8+ years’ detailed “hands-on” functional and technical experience within SAP SD including working in multiple enterprise scale projects requiring IT/consulting expertise
- Proven experience in SAP SD customizing/set up with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations ideally regional or global
- Very good knowledge of SAP MM/WM processes and customizing
- Very good knowledge of the integration between SAP SD and SAP FI/CO
- Very good knowledge of de-bugging SAP ABAP programs
- Thorough understanding of ERP Sales business processes ideally within Pharma industry but could be another industrial sector such as the FMCG industry
- Good understanding of customer’s business model and IT opportunities and threats
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as change management, risk management and quality management
- Proven analytical skills with ability to drive efficient design concepts and deliver against milestones
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Strong influencing and communication skills, ability to interact with a diverse range of business representatives
- Capable of working in an international environment with virtual teams
- Experience of working with offshore based development teams
- Language skills: Fluent in English (verbal, written and comprehension)
