We need to incorporate – English speaking SAP FI JVA Consultant, for our client in Vienna.
Requirements:
- Ensure harmonized, standardized and integrated fit4purpose JV Accounting processes and SAP solution within upstream
- Ensures the translation of OMV Upstream’s Joint Operations business requirements into the design of the new system landscape
- Provide specific knowledge in the area of Upstream finance with special focus on Joint Venture operations and Accounting
- Actively support execution of JV Module implementation as part of SAP HANA program
- Analysis of new trends and best practices for Joint venture accounting topics
- Decide on Approval of gaps together with Finance Process manager (upstream) in the frame of the defined gap approval process
- Responsible for functional & technical demand specification with respect to JVA module based on in-depth SAP JV module knowledge and experience in upstream Industry
- Modelling and integration of required functional JVA processes in SAP with responsibility for technical part of implementation
- Responsible for completeness and consistency of test and use cases within respective business area
- Responsibility for (within upstream) performing of integration test, performing of local training, coordinate business activities for data migration, facilitation of user acceptance test incl. recommendation of acceptance
- University Degree in Finance or business subject
- 5-10 years experience with extensive knowledge of Joint Venture (and E&P) accounting and finance
- Excellent knowledge of OMV’s industry and upstream business with regards to SAP and Joint Venture E2E processes
- Deep knowledge of Joint Venture Agreements and International Accounting standards especially SAP JVA module, SAP FI/ CO
- Good facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing (interpersonal) skills
- Excellent project management, organization, presentation and team work skills
