We need to incorporate – Business Analyst for our client in Barcelona.
Requirements:
Create and maintain the documentation for the support area
• Definition and regular review of the strategy for the application and customer support
• Definition, challenge and update of the new/existing internal processes for the support team (including but not limited to: flow, interactions, internal methodologies, continuous improvement etc.)
• Support for Communications & Reporting
• Operational support for the transformation of the transformation within the support team
• Stakeholder identification and mapping, supporting on the creation of a sustainable stakeholder management plan and calendar
• Entry channel for interaction with Commercialization initiative
• Ability to exploit internal and external key performance indicators with the aim of improving internal and external support processes
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant trends and opportunities for improvement
Must Haves:
Good understanding of web/mobile development with a keen interest in user experience and user journeys

• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing own workload.

• Ability to setup and manage project user stories and tasks in JIRA.
• Knowledge of Kanban theory and tools
• Highly familiar with Office 365 and skills in the creation of MS Power Point presentations
• Experience in pharmaceutical/ healthcare/ medical device industry and/or highly regulated environments is a plus
