We need to incorporate – ARIBA Consultant to assist with a ARIBA Deployment project , for our client in Barcelona.
In term of duties, we will focus first on “Auction” and “Contract Management” deployment in ARIBA as per the list of duties below:
• Deliver initial workshop including Contract Management & Auction KT and Demo / Best Practice sharing / Benchmark.
• Attend Fit/GAP Analysis & Process Design workshops providing insights into all available functionality
• Deliver Final Fit/GAP Analysis
• Deliver Function Design Document (including system architecture information)
• Support creation of Project RACI
• Carry out Integration Test for Auction and Contract Management
• Provide initial Test Scripts & support sessions to adapt them to specific design
• Deliver customer specific UAT refresher training for the UAT test users
• Support UAT Testing/Incident resolution
• Deliver Train The Trainer execution
• Deliver Ariba Hypercare
• Provide support during Hypercare
