We need to incorporate –Project Coordinator for our client in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland.

 

 

Requirements:

Must haves:

• University Degree or equivalent education
• +5 years of experience in providing administrative support with similar tasks for global projects
• Experience working with Global Virtual teams
• Experience using MS Office products and tools
• Very good grasp of Google suite (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, gDrive, gSites, G+ Forums and Google Forms)
• Team Player and flexible to cover different time zones globally
• Structured approach and task management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without dropping anything), flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work / communicate effectively in English speaking business environment (business fluent in speaking and writing)

Nice to haves: 

Experience working in a shared service environment would be an added advantage

Additional languages are an asset (German, Spanish)

Pharma background

Additional information:
– Project Coordinator will take over autonomy from HM, should be able to work independently
– Should have experience with PM tasks, however should not be too overqualified, as “administrative support” is also needed (should be okay to do also admin tasks / support)
– Should be a good mix of Project Assistant & Coordinator (however, focus is more as Coordinator)
– There are 3 PMs to support with PM tasks & admin stuff
– Late time work means “late afternoon” as the person will work with Indianapolis (should be okay with that)

Work location: Kaiseraugst, Switzerland
– Workload: 100% desired, but would consider part-time assignments as well (minimum 50-60%) 
– Remote/Home Office: Possible one day per week, prior approval needed. 
– Travelling: Only 5% (not sure yet, potentially once or twice to Madrid).
