We need to incorporate – Service Desk Manager for our client in Oslo, Norway
Requirements:
- Experience in Managing IT Operation service desk\command center
- Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
- Experience of handling 3rd parties
- Good knowledge on the ITIL process
- Expert knowledge of Service Desk disciplines
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Has willingness and passion for Service Improvement
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Norwegian and English fluent
- Will work in a team of 25 people
