We need to incorporate  – Service Desk Manager for our client in Oslo, Norway

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Experience in Managing IT Operation service desk\command center
  • Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
  • Experience of handling 3rd parties
  • Good knowledge on the ITIL process
  • Expert knowledge of Service Desk disciplines
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • Has willingness and passion for Service Improvement
  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Norwegian and English fluent
  • Will work in a team of 25 people
