We need to incorporate  – SAP FICO Analyst,  for our client in Porto.

 

Requirements:

The Finance SAP Business Change Analyst must identify and assess each business change and develop an appropriate mitigation plan under the direction of the Business Change Lead and Business Project Manager. Duties include meeting with global and regional Finance stakeholders to agree the necessary change impact actions related to the Global Template solution. Subsequently developing detailed action plans with the local country stakeholders and implementation teams during the implementation of the global solution to each individual country. In addition, the Business Change Analyst must maintain and update the Business Change documentation, provide weekly updates on status, risks and issues and work closely with colleagues in other workstreams in the programme.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Conduct change assessments: Process, Functional and Organisational
• Create relevant local communication and finance training material
• Create personas
• Organization alignment, role mapping, segregation of duties
• Monitor and report on change readiness at country level
• Conduct job impact analysis in conjunction with local/regional/global HR and Finance
• Ensure that Change Impacts are adequately reflected in the Process and Organisation by working with the organisation to create training outside the scope of the SAP-solution
• Stakeholder management
• Follow up on each stage of activity with a review of lessons learned and create concrete feasible recommendations for the Programme and the organisation
• Some travel maybe required to some of the critical countries and Geneva Headquarters.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years working experience in large ERP Programmes either as a senior finance functional consultant or in finance related business change and transformation
• Experience working in large international organizations.

Skills/Competencies:

• Detailed knowledge of core R2R processes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Accounting, Cash Management, Period Close, Intercompany etc
• Knowledge of procurement and Ariba an advantage
• Detailed knowledge of implementing change in finance
• Proven experience conducting Change Impact Analysis workshops. managing and coordinating the actions arising from change impact assessment
• Strong understanding of industry standard change management approaches
• Strong communication skills – written and oral
• Must be able to work remotely form impacted users
• Strong Stakeholder management skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity and a high degree of emotional intelligence
