Digital Analytics Lead- Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Define digital analytics requirements for products across the digital solutions portfolio and assist with the technical implementation.
- Test the implementation of analytics to ensure accuracy of digital usage data.
- Integrate and analyze multiple data sets and clearly communicate key findings to senior leadership via reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update real-time dynamic reporting solutions for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Communicate and advocate for the advancement of a data driven mindset/culture and be able to articulate the value analytics delivers to the organization.
- Be able to evaluate the potential and/or realized value of digitally focused partnerships or internal initiatives.
- Define requirements for integrating digital analytics information with larger enterprise architecture (specifically as it relates to sales and marketing).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Economics, Statistics)
- 3 – 5 years of digital analytics experience
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics
o Google Analytics certification a must prior to extending an offer. This certification is available through the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ).
o Experience with Firebase Analytics a plus.
- Self-starter, which is comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous environment with little formal direction.
- Experience analyzing digital products (as opposed to an exclusive focus on e-commerce and digital marketing) as well as interpreting data from both websites and mobile applications.
- Experience with the technical implementation of digital analytics technologies.
o Experience with implementation through Google Tag Manager a plus.
- A strategic thinker, which understands the value of digital analytics and can clearly articulate this story to senior leadership.
- Understanding of how to integrate digital analytics information with the enterprise architecture.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience writing and/or tuning SQL queries a plus.
- Understanding of basic statistical principles and predictive modeling.
o Experience with financial valuation modeling a plus.
- Experience with Data Studio, or similar business intelligence solutions.
- Experience testing and debugging technical implementations of analytics.
- Experience leveraging digital analytics to drive decisions/actions for sales and marketing.
- Baseline understanding of data privacy rules and regulations in the EU and US.
- Baseline understanding of big data principles, tools, and opportunities to leverage these solutions with digital analytics information.
